I'm at the helm, and I am in need of assistance. I have to decide whether or not taking any action, is the right move. The enemy (in the 1st person) is closing in at warp speed, and she is my own sister. That's OK, I have very little, if any, feelings left for her. I don't think I can ever forgive what she is putting my mother through. I am consulting the ship's computer (a very real human attorney named Andrea) for the proper moves. Based on my last correspondence, I have come to some conclusions. It seems my ship is already cloaked. As you say, I am not a listed party/defendant. Perhaps I should not even walk into the courtroom. I feel the move to dismiss my attorney may have been a trap for me to spend more money. Maybe the best move is to sweat out the court's decision without my presence whatsoever. Of course, I would not leave my mother unprotected... my trusted older cousin and his wife, will protect her in the courtroom. I could simply wait outside, in the hallway. This move alone, may confuse my sister. Then, based on the judge's decision, if there is one, I would decide the next move. My further questions are:
1) How do I get any messages to the judge, including evidence, without my own attorney?
2) How do I ask for sanctions and/or compensation, let alone damages, without an attorney?
3) I have a feeling I will need an attorney, but the trick is, I think that when I do get one, I should be in a perfect position to strike hard. I want an all out phaser attack that my sister's ship will not recover from. When I strike back, it cannot fail. Until then, I'll have to tolerate the bumpy ride.

By the way, if I am not a party/defendant, why is sister's lawyer devoting 75% of the petition in putting me down. What is that attorney doing? I absolutely don't get it? They have an evil plan, don't they? But, can they create a petition where I am not a party, and yet almost solely talk about me? They are trying to drag me in, because I am the obstacle that's in the way of what they want. I think not showing up may force them to make a move... when they move, they reveal... and that is a great poker strategy.

What's your take, Andrea? Should I keep my ship cloaked for now? Am I safe? Is my mother safe with such a strategy? Keep in mind Andrea, I have plenty of phaser power (evidence) to counter and reduce my sister's ship into rubble, but I feel that exact timing is everything.

Hello again. I hope all is well by you. Here's where we're at (I will talk as if in the 1st person). My mother had a favorable outcome with the court appointed Creedmoor lawyer. That lawyer was present when my mother was subsequently interviewed by the court evaluator. When the Creedmoor lawyer called me (on the evaluator's cell phone) to return home (the evaluator insisted on my absence in the house, during his interview with my mother), I asked my mother's lawyer how it (the evaluator's interview with my mother) went. He replied, "excellent". It sounds good so far. My original lawyer was paid well, only to be disqualified by the judge. Another lawyer was recommended, and I am hesitant to spend $2,500 for the retainer. I have been talking to some Long Island attorneys that want a $10,000 retainer. Somehow I feel I don't deserve this financial treatment from either party, because I think they're hoping I'm scared enough of my sister and her lawyer, to pay the price. The latter lawyer wants payment to come from me only, to show no borrowing. This can be done with credit cards. Today I plan to talk to a legal service worker, recommended by an aide for my aunt. I simply claim ignorance here. I think I would be stupid to throw away money if it need not be done. Can I go to the court without an attorney, since I am not mentioned in the guardian petition. Yet, I am mentioned excessively in the petition as a bad person. My sister's lawyer even stated that just because I'm in an HBO film (featured 3 times, more than most), I do not say what I am making (implying nothing). OK, it's called back end pay, but I resent my sister's constant attempts at belittling me. In the Florida cases, 'Stalking' was one of the charges, and the other was against my mother for something else. Stalking? I haven't been to Florida in years. But, is it still Res Judicata, if sister keeps fishing for different charges to stick? Although, I would say it conforms with the Adult Protective Service claims which my sister has filed again and again with futile results. Can I still state Res Judicata, and do I need a lawyer for the May 30th hearing? Can I just state certain facts and then refuse to answer any other questions without representation? I am really very perplexed and I don't want to break the bank defending myself from a psychotic sister.
