Moving out of town, want to cancel gym membership, submitted power, gas bill and mortagage statment, gym is requesting employment letter, I'm not going to be employed, I'm just moving into a condo which we own there, what to do??

I am sorry to read about your difficulties.

You need to tell the GYM that employment letter is not possible because you are not relocating because of employment. You are just moving out of town and your power, gas bill and mortgage statement would confirm that.
