I understand that you own a car that someone else is making payments on? Is that person on title? Is everything in your name? Why is the other person making payments? How long has the other person been making payments?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
That person is a cosigner the vehicle is in my name. Of the 2 years the person has only made 5 months of payments i have had to do the rest

What is the agreement you have with the other person? Please be specific (i.e. I agreed to purchase because they couldn't get a loan; etc...)
