Please briefly describe the plaintiff's alleged claim. and your defense.

The claim is for a Credit Card (complain attached). My defense is:1) Both my wife and I own the debt, but only my wife is getting sued.
2) We have never lived in the county where the lawsuit has been filled.
3) I am a member of the US military, and even though my wife is not, she does qualify to be protected under the Armed Services Fair Credit Act because she is a military spouse.
4) I was abroad for the past 2 years on service and made many attempts to let them know.
5) My goal is to have this debt dismissed.
