Customer: No. I am have a tractor that obviously did not go through quality control. It is dangerous. I want to get my money back. 35HP NorTRac.

Extended one-year warranty expires 2/19 2017
Have talked extensively with seller.
Many problems have already been worked.

You need to actually tell us the WHOLE story about what is going on. Short sentences like above do not help us know what you want to know from us. You also need to tell us what your specific questions are for us. If a phone call would be easier I am sending you an offer for phone service.

Hydraulic fluid leaks - twice fixed - upon receipt
No acceleration upon receipt
11,000 RPM idle upon receipt
Right swing arm rod terribly rusted
Large hydraulic fluid hose approximately 3" above tractor building slab

Transmission works OK if I depress the clutch as hard as I can, upon receipt.
Many other cylinder rods also rusted upon receipt.
Loader control failed (joystick). Sent new one to install. Approximately 6 months after receipt.
Brake cables needed adjusting upon receipt
Idle control cable sticking upon receipt.
