Dirt poor supporting large family. Ticketed in Clinton MS

Customer Question

Dirt poor supporting large family. Ticketed in Clinton MS for: no headlights on at night, no insurance, expired license. Fine over $1000, and mandatory court appearance. There is no way he can pay the fine, and there is no way he will afford a lawyer.

Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'm licensed in Mississippi. I'll be glad to assist.

One thing the person can do is obtain insurance prior to going to court --- this will reduce the $1000 fine to about $500. Also, if the person gets his license before the court date, the judge will likely forgive or dismiss that ticket.

The fine assessed can also be paid over time through payment arrangements.
