I have papers to sign for a deed in liu. Should I have a lawyer look them over and what kind of lawyer
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Maryland
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: I filed bankruptcy over a year ago but I think the lawyer dropped the ball on this one. I'm working with the martgage company and they want me to have them notorized and signed that I'm giving the property to them
