Customer Question

In the state of Colo. I was sued by a sub contractor in small claims court and I counter sued for damages to my homes he was working on. The judge dismissed both cases. Now this sub wants to sue again in small claims court, for the same claim because it did not end the way he wanted. Is this legal? and allowed by law?

Can you tell me, was the dismissal "with prejudice" or "without prejudice"?

What was the reason for dismissal?
