I was discharged two days after trying to enter a mental health clinic with my service dog for seizure assistance. I have been without mental health care for almost 5 months?
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: Arkansas I have contacted the DOJ and was followed up with a com
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: congressman's office staff to get me started in the right direction.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Was reported to ADA and I feel they being under grants only to provided legal counsel and do limited effort to assist me. I don't know being disabled if I can afford fees before an attorney gives me a consulting opinion.

I also am manic depressive, ADHD and GAD. Been having treatment for a year and half.

I understand, but why did they deny you care? They are not able to treat you for seizures, only for manic depression, ADHD and GAD.
