Customer Question

I have a promissory note, signed, notarized, dated etc.. The terms of the note are not being met by the borrower. I would like to send a legal letter to borrower stating that if terms are not met further action will be taken.
A letter is something I would like to do, as a last resort, before hiring a lawyer or going to court.
Thank you,
Annette

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I would like a legal document/letter written and sent to borrower letting him know that further legal action will be taken if terms of contract are not met in a timely manner.

OK. I'm sorry, but the terms of Just Answer do not allow experts to actually represent customers. We can only answer whatever questions you may have.
