Customer Question

we purchased a home a few months ago $287K in Modesto Ca We had Remax agent as our agent there was a home inspection completed with no findings as to 2nd floor leaky shower wall and floor damage and now a possible Mold issue. We have a 3yrold and 8 month old and now I am afraid we have no $$ to do the repairs and the agents for Remax & Sellers agent continues to shift blame and puts it back on us OMG what can we do??? I feel the issues of fraud for this problem not being disclosed before the transaction was closed. My husband & I found it out when the sellers came bearing gifts and a thank you card.

Were the sellers aware of a mold problem when they sold the property?
