My husband, a well know professional poker player, died in

Customer Question

My husband, a well know professional poker player, died in November 2011. His son who has the same name as his fathers is using his deceased fathers account to play online poker and real time poker in Vegas and has collected cash winnings. Is there anything I can do to make the actions of his son stop. Also he has collected cash money on behalf of his deceased Father.
I look forward to your response.
Thank you

Good morning. With the online and in person poker, does your son have to fund the account? By that, I mean if he plays online, there needs to be money in the account and deposited. If he plays in person, he needs to buy in? If not, then are you saying he is using his credit?
