Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

.

Can you give me a little more information about your situation?

.

Are they in default on their mortgage loan?

.

Have you talked to their bank to see if they will let you assume the loan?

.

.

thanks

That is really admirable. It is really up to the lender to allow for it to be assigned to you. You may have better credit than them so they may be willing to assign the loan obligation to you.
