I have a merit trial in Maryland scheduled for 1:15 pm

Customer Question

I have a merit trial in Maryland scheduled for 1:15 pm today. It is a credit card balance for $1,500. $800 is for a product for which I refused delivery and the charge was never removed from the credit card. I do not have any records, closed the account two years ago. I notified the court that I was going to challenge the amount of the debt when I received the Summons. I also faxed the plaintiffs attorney a letter saying I wanted the credit card records for 2013 so I could establish the date of the purchase and request proof from the company that they delivered the item, (which they did not, I refused it) I received no reply from the attorney. I cannot follow up with the credit card company, I do not have the account number, only the last four digits, the rest has been blanked out in the Plaintiffs documents. What can I ask the Judge to do at today's hearing?
