JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: in California. Maurice
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: no I am trying to locate one. Maurice
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: The case was origainally filed in Superior Court but it was sent to ferdieral court unbeknowest to us. And it was dismissed becase we we not notifed. So now I am trying to find out what the statue of Limitations are befor filing again. Maurice
