Hello! I have a question about my daughter who is supposed to be paying off a bedroom set using my credit, she only had three more payments of $112.50 and she won't pay it. She is not answering phone calls or text or emails.
JA: What state is this in? And when did the issue begin?
Customer: Maryland

Even without a written agreement you can sue your daughter to enforce her agreement to pay off the account.

You should sue her in small claims court. Small claims court is designed to be "user friendly" so that you can present a claim without an attorney. Also, it moves much more quickly than regular court. You can get the necessary forms to start from the clerk of the court.
