Customer Question

Hi.
My question is, I was a founding member of a corporation. The four of us started to have disagreements, just about the time that the project started to produce money. They decided to take my name off the corporation without my consent, is that legal?

No, that is not legal normally unless your by-laws allow for something like that. That is very unusual however. At the very least they have to pay you the fair market value of your ownership interest.
