my husband had been diagonosed with glasiblastoma brain cancer, terminal. he had been corcesed by his brother to have brain surgery. he repeatedly asked to leave the hospital, and his brother continued to intimadate him to have the surgery. i had finally been given medical proxy, but had NOT been made aware that my husband could NOT make the surgery decision
