Ask a Lawyer and Get Answers to Your Legal Questions
Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.
Are you talking about a situation where you are using sprinklers to water the lawn and their cars just happen to get wet due to where they are parked?
If you set up a sprinkler to water the yard and it happens to get a car parked out front wet, as long as it doesn't cause any damage, (i.e. there is a convertible parked there or a car with windows down) then there is nothing that would prevent you from doing so.
