If my mortgage is current , and going under a deed in lieu do to employment reasons , can I move and reuse my Va loan . It's not being forclosed on . I'm using Veterans United . Cot pre-approved but now I'm having problems with them abou being pre-approved and buying a new home .

This is Samuel. Yes, you can get another VA loan, but it generally takes 2 years before you would be considered qualified even with the Deed in Lieu of. Your lender, however, Veterans United, does not have such a waiting period as long as they do detect any type of fraud on your part.

I suggest your lender loan officer could be verifying your entitlement which if the loan is current and not in foreclosure should not be affected.
