Recently I sent in a question about a judgment renewal

Customer Question

Recently I sent in a question about a judgment renewal affidavit filed in 6-2011 and then in 12-2014 an information statement was filed but from no other activity including another judgment renewal which should have been filed in 2016 didn't happen.
The issue is my husband is in Eager, AZ, has a buyer for the house by needs a statement saying that since a judgment renewal affidavit was not filed in 6-2016 that the property can be sold. Previously this week I got an answer that the information statement was just that and if another filing hadn't taken place this processes was over from an attorney on Ask.com.
He has been to attorney in Eager but he is in court today and Jim wants to get back home to Washington. The Cause number is ***** filed in the superior court of Maricopa County. All he needs is to have a paragraph written to state that the house no longer has a judgment on it. It's also on record in Apache county at St. John, AZ.
Is there anyone that can help us....

Thank you for your reply.
You would need to get a local attorney to write up what your buyer wants.
