I was hurt in a work accident,was told to sign papers.I did very reluctantly the party I was sueing there attorneys are on the board of the workers comp,is there any way to still fight?

What do you mean you were told to sign papers...did you sign a settlement agreement which was approved by the judge or not? Who was telling you not to arbitrate? did you have an attorney? Is the second surgery and pain still the old injury in terms of pathology or has something new or aggravating occurred to to distinguish it from the old injury?
