If my divorce case has been dismissed, can I reactivate it

Customer Question

If my divorce case has been dismissed, can I reactivate it so that I do not have to pay a new filing fee?

Hi - if the case has been dismissed, you'd likely have to re-file a new petition and pay a new filing fee because you'd have an entirely new case, new case number, etc.
