purchased an item through Guitar Center, on May 11, they didn't ship it until the 18th. It was supposed to arrive to my house on the 25th, however they requested the item to be returned without my authorization. I have spoke and chatted with multiple customer service representative and no one has gave me a reassuring answer and most importantly my refund for the purchased item. Is there a lawsuit for negligence or what is your recommendation?. Thank you

Good morning. Why did they want the item returned? Just trying to understand why they would not want to deliver your item and/or refund the money if they did not have it in stock, upon your request
