Customer Question

Can I write a judge. My case is a very public one, and newspapers and media are involved. The judge made a terrible mistake in his ruling and ruled ex-parte. Our side, to date, has not been heard. Not one piece of our evidence. I want to explain to him that when the newspapers call me, I want to be accurate in my answer, but I don't understand how he allowed bias, fraud and misrepresentation to sway his decision. I just want to know if its completely inappropriate to write him? Or should I emaiil his clerk? How can I communicate with this man?
