Ask a Lawyer and Get Answers to Your Legal Questions
Litigants in small claims court represent themselves - so you are not going to find an attorney to represent you.
You can find help for your case on the Las Vegas Courts website: http://www.lasvegasjusticecourt.us/divisions/small_claims/
If you would like to consult with a local attorney about your case and to get strategy advice, you can contact civil litigation attorneys, but expect to pay the attorney's regular hourly rate for their time. (Look for solo practitioners or small law firms as they are going to be more willing to work with you around their normal client load).
You can find local attorneys using the State and local Bar Association directories, or private directories such as www.AVVO.com; www.FindLaw.com; or www.Martindale.com (I personally find www.AVVO.com to be the most user friendly).
