Customer Question

I was in a democracy center in south Florida and I and other patients there were exposed to construction workers. They were renovating the patients bedrooms. In some cases they were in the room doing construction, there was a skill saw blocking access to my room, etc...do I have grounds to sue them? Thanks, Emily ****

Thank you for your question. I look forward to working with you to provide you the information you are seeking for educational purposes only.
Were you actually harmed by the construction and suffered damages, or just merely inconvenienced or disturbed by it? It makes a difference as to whether or not you can sue.
