Customer Question

Two of our church members purchased a building (in use of Christian mission center) in Kyrgyzstan in 2014.They formed a LLC in Kyrgyzstan when the building was purchased. Both members funded for the building when purchased building. However, the church has helped monetarily to keep the property in order to avoid a default. They now wish to relinquish their rights and ownership of the property to Inland Church in CA without any type of monetary returns. They both agree that the church has full rights to possess and control the property. Can you draft an agreement respect the above.
