Customer Question

I tried talking to my landlord several times. She insists no one can enter my apartment with my key without her prior consent if I am not home. That she and others can take and use my belongings without my consent. That they can question my visitors as to who they are and why they come even when I am home.
I am 63, know her over 55 years and lived there 6 years. My rent is paid to present. On 8/10/15 I broke my femur and am still in a Nursing Home.

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes and ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

Do you actually live in a dwelling with your landlord where you rent a room?

Or are you in your own separate apartment with its own separate exterior entrance?

What personal property are they taking and using without your permission?

What is your specific legal question I can help with tonight?
