Customer Question

My 13 year old son played a prank at school that set off the fire sprinkler alarm, causing a huge flood. Damages were in the tens of thousands of dollars. Initially he lied to the police saying that he did not do it. The next day he confessed to the school who to,d the police. He also confessed and apologized tothe officer he lied too though is was several weeks later because the officer was out of town. The school, did not press charges but the police gave him a ticket for false reporting with a court date. Wondering what to expect at court and if we need legal representation.
