Question. I bought my iPhone 6s Plus online @ Apple.com. In the past year, I have also bought a music video from iTunes. This month I tried download the music video to my iPhone using my cellular data. This video while downloading (in the back ground) kept restarting over and over again and used up my 5gb plus of data. Unbelievably. Is there any way I can recover my financial loses

Good evening and merry Christmas: I know your frustration. I have experienced similar challenges with Apple products. You probably would have a tough time recovering any financial losses unless you can prove the defect caused some actual harm not just inconvenience. If you cannot contact their customer service, take the device to the brick and mortar stores inside many malls and they should have one of their experts there to be able to figure out the problem.
