Hello

This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.

Once a home is sold, it no longer belongs to the owner. If you have not removed your belongings before the sale, then I suggest it needs to be done the day of the sale or you could be locked out and not able to retrieve your belongings.

However, the new owner should provide you with a 3 day notice to vacate. Though many times that does not happen. So it is best to try to be moved before the sale. Otherwise, you may not be able to get in and then you would need to go to court to gain entry.

You're welcome. I am sorry to hear of this situation. Thanking you in advance for a positive rating. And Good luck.
