When my daughter divorced, her husband did a quit claim

Customer Question

When my daughter divorced, her husband did a quit claim signing the house over to her, which she refinanced in her name only. A few months later, the IRS put a lien on her house for her ex-husband's business taxes. Is this legal. Also in the divorce agreement, under duress, she agreed that when she sold the house, he would get half. Does he have any rights to that agreement?

I am sorry for this dilemma. But do not understand the specific questions. Would it help to chat on the phone?
