Customer Question

I just bought a Goldsmith hybrid travel golf bag that has a hard shell cover for the clubs with two TSA locks. Do I have to provide the key when checking the bag or do the TSA handlers have key(s) that will unlock the hard shell cover for their inspection.
There is a zipper that will expose the clubs or does TSA have to take off the cover?
I'm traveling Los Angeles, stop over in NYC then to Dublin, Ireland in one day.

Hello, Dave and welcome!

My name is ***** ***** it will be my pleasure to assist you today.

The TSA screeners have a master key for all TSA locks, so you don't have to provide them with the key.

If there is a zipper opening that will expose the clubs, it will depend on the TSA screener if they will need to take off the cover or not.

I hope this helped and wish you safe travel!

Please be so kind as to rate my answer with positive feedback so I receive credit for my assistance. Thank you very much!

Warmest regards,
Cher
