Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be happy to answer your question.
I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.
Unfortunately, any improvements or construction that was done within HOA member property without prior HOA approval, can be forced to be removed at any time by the HOA and if the HOA member refuses, the HOA can bring legal action to enforce the removal and such legal action can also subject HOA member to pay for the HOA's legal fees and costs, if HOA prevail in court.
I am very sorry to provide you with this bad news, but please understand that I do have professional obligation to provide JustAnswer.com customers with correct answers, even when answer is not favorable to the customer.
I wish you the best of luck and God bless you!
