jThis has to do with property in Florida.
If a person is put on a deed of a home and property after the main person has had a heart attack and has many bills with no insurance. That person passes away later what is the other person libel for. This couple is not married but have been living together. a private couple holds the mortgage as the house is not paid for.
I am asking for this information as I am a concerned mother.
