IF YOU HAVE EVIDENCES AGAINST A GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND YOUR

Customer Question

IF YOU HAVE EVIDENCES AGAINST A GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND YOUR LAWYERS WHOM YOU FEEL, THAT BOTH THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND YOUR LAWYERS HAVE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST YOU BY ALLOWING THE COMPANY IN WHICH YOU HAVE FILED SUIT AGAINST, WHO HAS BROKEN THE LAW, THAT THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY SHOULD ENFORCE AND YOUR LAWYERS WHOM SHOULD PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. FAILURE ON BOTH THE AGENCY AND YOUR LAWYER TO ACT RESPONABLY WOULD LOWER VALUE OF YOUR CASE. IS THERE ANY ACTIONS THAT A INDIVIUAL CAN TAKE AGAINST THAT GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND YOUR LAWYERS. I HAVE WRITTEN THE GOVERNMENT AGENCY ABOUT THE INAPPROIATE ACTIONS BY MY ONE OF MY LAWYER AND,HOPING SOME KIND OF ACTIONS AGAINST THAT LAWYER, ONLY TO REALIZE THAT, ANY ACTIONS AGAINST MY LAWYER WOULD ONLY IMPLICATE THEM AS WELL

These are two very different claims.Claims against your own attorneys are legal malpractice claims, violation of state bar ethics rule claims (filed with the state bar), or fee dispute issues.Claims against opposing parties (government agencies or otherwise) are dealt with in sanctions motions, motions to compel, or similar motions before the court. It appears you need an opinion from another attorney to help you assess your claim and give you an impartial opinion - be prepared to pay out of pocket for this, and be receptive to their opinion. You can find local attorneys using the State and local Bar Association directories, or private directories such as www.AVVO.com; www.FindLaw.com; or www.Martindale.com (I personally find www.AVVO.com to be the most user friendly).
