Hello, I am James. I will be helping you today. I do not get a salary here. But just like you, I want to get credit for doing my job. And you are the only person who can help me get credit by giving me a positive rating before leaving this site today. So please do not forget to do that.
Also, if you want me to be your personal TSA Expert, just write “FOR JAMES
" at the beginning of your question and I will be sure to answer your questions as your personal Expert.
There are a couple of options, depending on how you got the KTN. Since this is not a secure site, I am not permitted to take your biographical information to be able to do this for you. But I will provide you with information about how to find it on your own.
If you got it through PreCheck (paid $85) you can find your number by calling the Universal Enrollment Service at 855 - 347 - 8371 (UES). Or you can go here: https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/workflows?workflow=service-status&servicecode=11115V
. Provide the information requested, and your account will show up. You can navigate that page to find your KTN.
If you got it through Global Online Entry Service (paid $100), you can contact the CBP at 855 - 873 - 4637.
I hope that answers your questions. Kindly remember to rate my customer service with a positive rating before leaving this site today
. This is the only way I get credit for doing my job. And you are the only person who gives me credit by giving a positive rating. So please do not forget to do that. Thank you!
