New three car garage concrete driveway installed 08/22/14,

Customer Question

New three car garage concrete driveway installed 08/22/14, $6.400.00.
This spring, after winter thaw, noticed one section (especially bad) the concrete is pitted. It's pitted elsewhere; not as bad. The color is not uniform.....grey in areas, light beige in others. No salt was ever put on the driveway. We are in our 80's, own one car and never leave it outside. Two weeks ago I contacted Steve Muenchow / Muenchow Concrete LLC. The neighbors had their driveway done as well and have problems. They also contacted Steve. He promised to take a look at our driveways that week and would get back to us. Either one of us have not heard a word. If our only option is small claims court, due to our age, that would be very strenuous for both of us.

I am sorry to hear of this situation. Short of small claims court (which is your ultimate recourse), you can try filing a dispute with the BBB - they offer no cost dispute resolution for consumers and it is much faster than court and less stressful, the BBB doesn't have any enforcement capability, but if you are unsuccessful you can always sue later.BBB: https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started
