This Wikipedia entry tells you everything about federal RICO statute. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racketeer_Influenced_and_Corrupt_Organizations_Act30 or more states have enacted their own RICO laws. I will search a little further to find the New Jersey statute if there is one, and I'm pretty sure there is.
