Hello, and welcome!
My name is ***** ***** it will be my pleasure to assist you today.
According to the TSA, you are permitted to bring the portable oxygen concentrator with you as carry-on baggage, but there are rules. First, it is suggested that you check with your airline first, to make sure they will allow it. Also, you will need to check with the manufacturer to make sure it can be brought on the plane. A letter from your doctor stating that it's medically necessary, should help (it might be 'required' and you need to ask your airline) and how you're screened depends on whether or not you can disconnect from the portable oxygen for a short, long, or any period of time.
