You can file suit against eh dealership for diminution (decrease) of value of the vehicle. A new vehicle that has been in accident no matter how well repaired is still worth less that one that has not been in an accident.
With respect to your insurance company. They have noting to report it was their vendor that caused the problem and it is their insurance company that will pay the full measure of damages.
You should contact a local attorney to make sure your rights are preserved. A good attorney could probably; argue that you never really had possession of the vehicle and therefore the dealer should give you an undamaged vehicle.
