When a raffle prizes are drawn from one common bucket which is the winning ticket for the frist prize. Which drawn ticket is the winning ticket for second prize and which is winning ticket for third prize. Is it not in the same order. First drawn is first prize, second is second and third is third. There was a substantial difference in the prizes values. This was a raffle with presold tickets with the drawing in Nevada?
