how soon after being contacted by AFNI? AFNI's first contact letter was dated 18 July 2013, so eight days after. Their response to my letter was dated 6 August 2013
Also, was it your intention to have this letter served as debt validation letter under FDCPA, or not? Yes2) Did the police ever show at the scene? No police were called. Not only was the damage minimal but I believe they do not respond to Bureau of Land Management property, which is where this off-road vehicle park is located.
