If my safe deposit box is frozen. How do I get at what's in it. They can look if they want. There is no money, stock, jewelry or anything of value in there.
Hi,

Thank you for submitting a new question to me.

The reality is that you cannot get what is in it without their permission. They have a right to seize it even if it does not have anything valuable in it. Your only option would be to contact them and ask them to allow you to get the items out of it that do not have any value. That would require someone meeting you at the bank from their office and determining whether they will release the items to you or not. They may very well tell you they will not let you have anything in it until you pay them.

Your between a rock and a hard place on this issue unfortunately.
