Hello and welcome. My name isXXXXX am a Licensed practicing attorney and my goal is to provide you with excellent service today.
This would not be an automatic result,
You would have to sue the person who made the false accusation against you for defamation,
this would be done in civil court,
if you win your defamation case, the Civil Court will provide you the damages you seek, such as attorney fees, and other fees.
You would need an attorney to bring a defamation lawsuit.
So I could not file a claim for attorney fees & expenses in small claims (as long as amount did not exceed the allowable amount).
you could do this in small claims court, you you would sue for defamation,
in small claims court, and ask for the maximum amount
Good luck, and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.
If satisfied please provide us with positive feedback, thank you
