I would like to warn people not to use the services of a person

I would like to warn people not to use the services of a person who was unethical in business with me.Can I be sued for telling the truth?

You can not be successfully sued for telling the truth. Truth is always a complete defense to any sort of defamation claim, but that doesn't mean that they can't initiate a suit.

Truth, however, would result in a find of "not liable" if you were sued.
