If i was told my degree would be accredited (supposedly introduced to me as an approved and accredited BFA degree) when in reality my program was not (the school itself was, not the program that earned me my BFA) would i have legal ground to sue for my tuition?
Hello. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be happy to answer your question.

I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate situation.

Unfortunately, generally verbal promises or assurances are not enforceable or legally binding and very difficult to prove in court, so unless you were given some type of a document in writing by this school, stating that your specific BFA degree would be accredited and recognized, unfortunately I am afraid there would not be much of a legal recourse against the school.

I wish you the best of luck!
