Thanks for the chance to help. I am an attorney with over 12 years experience. Hopefully I can help you with your legal question.

Ran away to whom? Is she living with the other parent?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

we are Christian parents ,have been married for 26 years she has been to a hospital for depression was on meds then ran away ,she had adult help across 5 state lines and is living with a couple in pa

Can you tell me, have you contacted law enforcement in that state to recover your child? If so what was the result?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

yes but we would have to travel there and file in person ,if we go and force her home can we make her stay here till she is 18?

Thank you

Since she is a minor, you can use law enforcement to return you to the home. IF they require you to appear in person, then you will have to do so.

Legally, as her parents, you have the responsibility for her care and you can force her to live with you.

Now...what is she leaves again? What can you do?

You can continue to use law enforcement to bring her home. It may not be the best way to raise her...but it is an option.

please let mek know if you have more questions. Happy to help if I can
