Good evening. I'll be assisting you with your question.
What company are you considering using?
Im not sure maybe inheritance company, and another one im not sure of the name
Are you looking to get an advance on the inheritance through a funding company?
OK. Most people do not use an attorney to use these kinds of funding companies. The contracts they offer are basically "take it or leave it," so there is very little an attorney can do.
wonderful! Thank you sooo much!
Glad to help!
Can I do anything else for you?
my lawyer found a company for me but he said he told the company to give me half of the money I asked for and give me the rest after I leave my house can he do that
Your attorney should not be contacting the funding company on your behalf unless you asked him to.
The funding company does not have to abide by the instructions of your attorney, since you will be signing the agreement, not him.
ok good, I wish you were my lawyer. thanks very much
Is there anything else I can do for you?
no thanks so much
OK. If that's all I can do for you, please remember to "Rate" my answer before you go. Have a great night!
